First introduced in XJ40 guise in 1988, the XJR really came into its own with the launch of the Mk VI X300 in 1994 and further improved as the XJ8 from 1997.
This top of the range Jaguar combines a smooth, graceful drive with crushing power and performance - almost 400 lbft of torque from just 3600rpm bestows the XJR with incredible overtaking ability. Couple this with the CATS electronic suspension and you have handling to embarrass many a supercar.
Interior comforts are as you would expect on a car of this class with high quality leather, climate control and Burr Walnut detailing amongst the standard equipment.
