Profile

The Mitsubishi 3000GT (or Dodge Stealth in the USA) was a technological masterpiece. Developed from the 1989 HSX prototype, Four wheel drive, four wheel steering, computer controlled braking, suspension and spoilers were just a few of the fantastic driver aids on offer. Unfortunately for Mitsubishi most drivers found that these gizmos just got in the way and so the 3000GT was never thought of as a 'real drivers car'.

Nevertheless 1994 saw a range of improvements including a power hike to 320bhp, a new 6-speed gearbox and fixed headlamp units, all helping to make the 3000GT a more desirable grand tourer.
