Aston Martin reserve the Vantage name for only the very fastest of their models. The Virage Vantage is no exception with a massive 550bhp and even more impressive 550lbft of torque powering the 2 ton monster to nearly 190mph. The Vantage is based on the standard 5.3L Virage coupe but the addition of twin superchargers and more muscular bodywork make the Vantage stand out even in the heady world of the supercar.

Handling was improved in 1995 along with some minor detail changes to the lights then in 1999 we were introduced to the turbocharged Vantage 600. With 600bhp, the highest production car output available, the 600 was capable of nudging the awesome 200mph barrier.
