Profile |
|
The hardcore Competizione follows Ferrari's tradition of following their 'mainstream' models with a more track focused, limited edition variant - this time with both a coupe and a targe version on offer.
A colossal 819bhp up 30bhp on the Superfast) makes the Competizione the most powerful non-hybrid Ferrari yet. And one of the best sounding too, with a screaming 9500rpm redline. The standard 0-62mph sprint is convered in just 2.8 seconds, topping out at an impressive 212mph.
Four wheel steering helps with cornering (as does the 80lb weight reduction), while enhanced aero not only looks amazing but massively increases downforce.
Unsuprisingly, all 1600 examples have already been sold, prior to official release in 2022, despite the hefty half a million pounds price tag being not far off double that of the Superfast!
