2024 saw Ferrari break with convention when launching the road legal hardcore SF90 XX, this nomenclature normally reserved for their track only specials.
Power is up to 1016bhp and weight is down by 10kg, dropping acceleration times by a few tenths. But the handling is what the XX is all about.
The bodywork has been beefed up for track work with an extended rear deck, and the inclusion of a fixed rear wing, not seen on a Ferrari for 30 years. The interior has racing bucket seats, but is certainly not spartan - as befits a road legal car.
799 coupes and 599 spiders will be built, costing from £660k in the UK. At not far off double the price of the SF90, the XX is clearly aimed at the hardcore enthusiast collector.
