The Polish La Squadra company have teamed up with legendary Italian styling house Zagato and transformed the Alpine A110 into a unique supercar with a detatchable rear body clam for long-tail or short-tail driving modes.
The Twin Tail is mechanically unchanged from the A110S donor, which means 300hp and a sub 5 second 0-100kmh. The overall design was inspired by the Alpine A220 racer of the 1960s, but incorporating a detachable carbonfibre long-tail unit for enhanced stability at speed. Zagato's signature double-bubble roof is also present. The interior is mostly standard A110, with a few Zagato touches. Priced at around £560k, 19 examples will be produced from 2024, dynamically debuting at the Goodwood Festival of Speed.
