Profile |

Ferrari introduced their flagship F80 in 2024, joining a long line of legendary race inspired hypercars.
The biggest controvery is the choice of powerplants. Most people expected a V12, but Ferrari have mirrored their race cars by adopting a twin-turbo V6 with hybrid electric motors. Total power output is a whopping 1200hp at almost 9000rpm, giving the lightweight (for a hybrid) 1500kg F80 rabid acceleration (0-100kmh in 2.1sec and 0-200kmh in 5.7sec) and a 217mph max speed.
The styling is Senna like, that is functional rather than beautiful, but does sport some nice touches like the butterfly doors and bonnet stripe. On the inside, the driver and passenger seats are offset, creating the illusion of more space and a sporty feel.
Another controversy is the price, hitting the market at a whopping £3.1m + options, over £1m more than it's W1 rival and £2m more than its predecessor. And they're going to build over 799 examples, which seems high considering the price.
