Profile |
|
Vauxhall has taken the already admired VX220 turbo and 'beefed it up' for the lucrative UK track day market.
Power is boosted by 20bhp which drops the 0-60mph to just 4.3 seconds, however the real gains are in the handling. Uprated springs and optional adjustable dampers make for flat, neutral cornering, while the barely road legal Yokohama's offer immense lateral grip.
Just under £30,000 gets you a ready to roll, highly entertaining track day car that is equally happy on the public roads.
