Renowned American tuner Reeves Callaway created his own take on the ultimate C6 Corvette in the form of the Callaway C16.
Over 100bhp up on Chevrolet's own Z06, the 650bhp / 600lbft supercharged V8 was hypercar fast with a quarter mile coming up in just 11 seconds on it's way to a 207mph max.
The Corvette body was stunningly re-styled (particularly in the case of the Speedster) with an imposing 'egg crate' grille and high quality interior retrim. Options include paddle shift gearbox, sports seats and carbon ceramic brakes.
The limited edition, hand-built C16 was available as a coupe, a convertible and also a stunning speedster. Considering the performance on offer it was a serious value for money supercar, undercutting many established rivals.
