As if the SL65 wasn't quick enough already, Mercedes have added some AMG Black to the mix. No less than 670bhp is on tap from the twin turbo V12, not to mention (a limited) 738lbft of torque. 0-60mph is now despatched in around 3 and a half seconds! As with all the limited edition 'Black' series, AMG have tuned handling and performance to suit fast road and track use.
The £190000 asking price pitches it right in with the likes of the Ferrari 599. Whether it can match the class leader is debatable but there's no doubt that the SL65 Black is simply stunning. Huge performance, massive presence and downright gorgeous good looks.
