Featuring muscular new AMG bodywork and Mercedes' superb 6.3 litre V8, the new R230 version SL63 is set to follow in the very successful footsteps of it's predecessor. Power is up to 525bhp, channelled through a 7-speed auto paddleshift transmission with three stage ESP (complete with a handy 'off' mode).
In the current financial climate, £100000 may seem like a lot of cash to spend on a sports car but the SL63 offers so much in such a versatile package that it's difficult to make an argument against it!
