The most compact vehicle in the Aston Martin line up has now been given the largest engine in the form of the V12 Vantage.

First seen in the DBS, the Vantageís 510bhp V12 fills the air with a mighty roar. Itís not just 100bhp up on the V8, the whole package has been refined to become a sharper, more focused drive while still retaining the smooth refinement of an Aston. With no lag from the naturally aspirated engine, acceleration is not only rapid but instant. 0-60mph takes just 4 seconds on itís way to a 190mph top speed. The Vantage also shares itís 400mm carbon brakes with the DBS, but here acting more purposefully in the lighter car for superb stopping power from speed.

The Vantage is certainly the most sporting car in the current range and One-77 apart, possibly the best that Aston Martin have ever produced.
