The Murcielago's successor is everything you'd expect from a 700bhp supercar, aggressive, loud and extremely fast. Lamborghini's Aventador LP700-4 (to give it's full title) blasts to a sub 3 second 0-60mph on it's way to a 217mph top speed. These seem amazing figures but are in fact barely enough to keep up with rivals such as the Ferrari F12 and McLaren 650S.
What the Aventador certainly doesn't lack is presence. It's chiselled, aggressive styling stops traffic (and pedestrians!) wherever it goes. For many this is exactly what a supercar is all about, and are happy to pay their £240,000 for that alone.
