Profile |
|
The new FF represents Ferrari's first four wheel drive supercar. The system was developed in house and features a switchable 2/4 wheel drive mode from the steering wheel. Following on from the 612 Scaglietti, the 2 door can accommodate four in luxury, if not ultimate comfort. Styling can best be described as `unusual`. Described by some as a cross between a hatchback, an estate and a `shooting brake`, the FF is certainly not a classic beauty but is nevertheless distinctive.
There can be no complaints about the engine though. A mighty 6.3 litre V12 (Ferrari's largest ever road car engine) kicks out over 650bhp for a stunning 208mph maximum speed. The adoption of four wheel drive provided prodigious traction
