Profile |
|
Claimed as 'the quickest production Lotus road car ever', the hardcore 3-Eleven continues where the 2-Eleven left off as Lotus' ultimate track day offering.
With 410bhp and a top speed in excess of 170mph, the ultra lightweight 3-Eleven is also fiendishly quick off the line, despatching 0-60mph in just 3 seconds. However, as with all Lotus', it is handling where the 3-Eleven excels (pardon the pun). Lotus claim the car to be capable of a 7 minute 9 sec Nurburgring lap. If proves, that puts the Norfolk lightweight right in the territory of the hypercar heavyweights.
Road and race versions are available, with the former costing around £83000. As in the 2-Eleven, you still don't get any doors!
