Many replicas of the beautiful Ferrari 330 P4 sports prototype have been produced, with notable examples from Sbarro and Noble, but the Foreman Mk 4 is widely acknowledged to be amongst the best.
NF Auto Developments assembled full and part built models featuring a variety of customer specified engine, gearbox and suspension setups. Chevrolet V8s proved popular, but you will find anything from a Renault V6 to a Ferrari V12 sitting amidships in the Foreman. A typical V8 setup gives out around 350bhp, with a kerb weight of around 2000 lbs, making for an exciting 400bhp/ton. The Mk 4 was available as a kit car, but was also produced as a full 'turnkey' solution, and so justifies it's inclusion on SupercarWorld alongside the likes of Caterham and Ultima.
Around 50 units were produced over a 10 year production run, and while one of the original four Ferrari P4s would set you back well over £10 million, a reasonably specced Foreman could be yours for around the £50k mark (although build costs north of £100k were not unheard of).
