Profile |
|
Pagani's track-only Zonda R has morphed into a fully road legal road rocket in the form of the awesome Zonda 760 RS. 'The Beast' (as it has become known in Pagani circles) features the familiar 7.3 litre V12 from AMG, but now producing a mighty 760 PS (even more power than the Zonda R on which it is based). This monstorous powerplant feeds through a new 7-speed sequential gearbox with racecar fast shifts. Bodywork is heavily modified with an enormous rear wing and aerodynamic winglets sprouting from every orofice.
The 760 RS is a unique combination of raw, fire spitting energy, coupled with a high quality, driver friendly road car. This makes for one seriously desirable supercar - even at the £1.5 million asking price!
The 760 RS was followed by more limited edition 760 models based on the same 750 bhp V12, such as the PS, LH (with a manual gearbox), Zero, Fatasm and finally (?) the 2015 800 hp LM.
