The striking 2002 Hommage is a BMW design study paying tribute to the classic 2002 from the late 1960s.
Based on the M2 compact coupe, the Hommage features a distinctive carbonfibre band around the entire car, separating the matt upper body from the lower gloss finish, resplendant with bulging motorsport wheel arches. There is no word on the Hommage's engine, but some derivative of the base M2 is a likely candidate.
Unfortunately for BMW enthusiasts, there are no plans to put the Hommage into production.
