The NISMO (NISsan MOtorsport) GT-R represents the ultimate track honed, road legal incarnation of the mighty GT-R.
A track biased aeropack and competition tuned Bilstein suspension produce unparalleled handling. Power is boosted to 600hp, while 20kg weight is saved through the use of Rays alloys, hand made carbonfibre seats, spoilers, skirts, boot and rear wing. The resulting 7:08 lap of the Nurburgring is a world record for a volume produced car.
The GT-Rs cockpit is an alcantara wrapped technofest that will have the playstation generation salivating. An 8 inch touchscreen displays instant performance stats along with satnav, Bluetooth and DAB functionality. There's also a Bose stereo in the unlikely event you tire of the twin turbo V6.
Unfortunately, great though the Nismo is, it's hard to justify a £70k premium over the already amazing GT-R. It is the ultimate, but you are paying a big price for a releatively small improvement.
