Debuting at Geneva 2017, Audi's second generation RS5 is their first model to be produced under the new Quattro Performance Division, with a new IMSA inspired front end.
Audi have dropped two cylinders and over 1 litre from the RS5 Mk I, with the introduction of a twin-turbo V6, although power remains the same at 444 bhp. A 75 lbft increase in torque however, means that the 0-60mph sprint is now covered in just 3.9 sec. The ubiquitous 155mph max can be de-restricted with the factory 'Dynamic Package' to a more agreeable 174mph. Fuel consumption improves by 17% with a combined 33mpg.
The interior trim is in nappa leather emblazened with e RS5 logo, and features a high-tech virtual cockpit, with touchscreen MMI infortainment unit.
The new RS5 launches in 2017 at a price of around £60k in the UK.
