Mercedes' impressive 4 door AMG GT concept was revealed to the world at the 2017 Geneva Motor Show, with the news that a production version (known as the 'GT4') will follow in 2019.
The 'EQ Power' hybrid petrol/electric powertrain delivers a mighty 805 bhp from a 4 litre turbocharged V8 coupled to an electric motor. This makes it by far the most powerful car ever produced by AMG. A 0-60mph time of well under 3 seconds is claimed by Mercedes.
The concept takes the new AMG styling direction further forwards, with the narrow LED tail lights, trapezoidal headlamps, sweeping roofline and raked windscreen.
Mercedes have hinted that the full production model will closely match the eye catching concept, whose design language will filter down to forthcoming Mercedes AMG models.
