Audi revealed the new C7 RS6 at the 2013 Detroit Auto Show, now in Avant (Estate) format only.
Despite losing a couple of cylinders from it's C6 V10 predecessor, the RS6 still offers a mighty 560hp from it's high revving twin-turbo V8. Default top speed is 155mph, but up to 190mph can be achieved by speccing Audi's 'Dynamic Plus Package'. For those who believe 560hp is still not enough, Audi offer the RS6 'Performance', complete with 605hp with a 0-200kmh time of just 12 seconds flat. Despite this, the RS6 still boasts a fuel economy of almost 30mpg, thanks to start/stop and cylinder deactivation technology.
Priced at around £80k in the UK (and under £50k as a used car) the RS6 offers a lot for your money. Space, comfort and ballistic performance whenever you feel the need.
