An unlikely new addition to the Aston Martin Racing stable comes in the form of the beefed up Rapide AMR, the product of research gained from Aston's successful racing programme.
The AMR series are Aston's most track focused road cars, so the luxurious Rapide benefits from more power (around 600bhp), more dynamic suspension (10mm lower) and more agressive aero focused bodywork, resplendent with carbon fibre accents and signature AMR lime stripe. Also incorporated are Zagato style running lamps, quad exhaust, ceramic brakes and the largest alloys yet fitted to an Aston Martin at 21 inches!
Top speed is now an impressive 205mph, while 0-60mph takes just over 4 seconds.
Production is limited to just 210 cars, coming in at just under £200k in the UK.
