First shown at Pebble Beach in 2013, the stunning Elmiraj grand coupe concept demonstrated Cadillac's future design language and vision of 'pure driving pleasure'.
Named after the famous dry lake bed used for high speed runs, the Elmiraj is more than just a styling exercise, it actually runs. Power is courtesy of a 4.5 litre twin-turbo V8 pushing out around 500bhp.
The long wheelbase, huge 22 inch alloys and pillarless styling had echoes of a modern take on the suave Mercedes CL, while camel leather and Brazillian rosewood make for a high quality interior trim. Rear seat access is aided by the front seats automatically sliding forward on entry.
Sadly, there is no sign of production for the Elmiraj, destined to join the Ciel and Cien as Cadillac museum pieces.
