The unique Chiron based La Voiture Noire is a tribute to the legendary 'missing' Type 57 Atlantic of the same name, claiming the title of the world's most expensive new car ever at over £14m.
Featuring the Chiron's almighty quad-turbo W16, the La Voiture Noire (aka 'The Black Car') should be at least a match in performance terms. This means a 0-60mph sprint of around 2 seconds, on to a probable unrestricted 280mph+ max.
The real difference is in the unique aggressive styling of the gloss carbon fibre body. The standout features being the wide horeshoe grille, the wrap around rear brake light, and trumping even that, the amazing six tailpipes of the exhaust system.
Considering a 'standard' Chiron costs an already hefty £2.5m, the £14m La Voiture Noire is a decadent extravagance and can in no way be considered value for money despite it's unique provenance. However, here at SupercarWorld, we are still extremely glad that it exists!
