Morgan's first all new car in two decades celebrated the traditional British marques 110th anniversary in 2019.
BMW's 335bhp tubo six cylinder engine provides the push, driven through an 8-speed auto box. With only 1075 kg to move, acceleration is brisk. 0-60mph is in 4 seconds flat.
The aluminium chassis has been modernised and enlarged to acomodate bigger drivers, but still features Morgan's trademark wooden supporting frame. There's even a digital screen on the dashboard, heaven forbid!
The model will initially launch with a kit laden 'First Edition' variant priced at £90k, followed by the standard Plus Six at a more reasonable £78k. Unfortunately you won't be seeing the Plus Six in the USA, as it doesnt comply with stringent American crash tests.
