Swiss stylists Rinspeed introduced the revelutionary iChange electric concept car at the 2009 Geneva Motor Show.
Weighing in at just 1000kg, the iChange is powered by a 150kW electric motor. 0-60mph takes just 4 seconds, while top speed is around 137mph. The projected range is around 90km.
This glassfibre bodied concept 3-seater has no doors, as ingress is via a solar panel equipped canopy roof - useful in car with a height of just over 1 metre! It's most amazing trick though is being able to change from a 1-seater to a 3-seater at the touch of a button, thanks to an 'adaptive' body.
The innovative interior hosts a plethora of power-efficient, high-tech gadgetry, including a 3D sat nav system, and is trimmed in lightweight eco-friendly materials.
