Debuting in 2023, Polestar's 3 Crossover/SUV is the first to feature the Swedish company's new SPA2 platform.

Twin long range electric motors produce up to 517hp (with the optional Performance Pack), with 0-60mph in an impressive 4.6 sec, considering the hefty 2.5 ton kerb weight. Range is around 380 miles from the 111 kWh battery.

The bodywork is both futuristic and minimalist in design, and features active air suspension and gold painted Brembo calipers behind the 21 inch alloys. The 600 litre boot is supplemented by a 32 litre frunk. The interior is dominated by a 14.5 inch Tesla like portrait infotainment screen with additional instrument display and driver's Head Up Display. There are also an amazing 25 safety systems on board.

Priced from £80k (or £86k for the Performance Pack) the 3 is set to be one of the most desirable crossovers on the market from 2024.
