Profile |
|
With a 600bhp 6 litre W12, the special order Continental GT Speed is the fastest, most powerful Bentley yet produced. An extra 50bhp and 70 lbft have been extracted from the standard Continental GT to drop the 0-60mph time by half a second and give a 200mph plus top speed.
The Speed's bodywork is lightly modified with 20 inch alloys and lowered suspension, along with the previously optional 'Mulliner' spec interior now coming as standard. ESP is also less intrusive while emissions and fuel consumption have been miraculously improved.
The cost of this improved spec? £131,000 in the UK. Well worth the £16k premium over the standard model.
