Profile |

Ferrari's amazing 458 Italia is destined to be the most desirable supercar from Maranello in years. Take F40 levels of performance (0-60mph in 3.3 sec, 202mph, 9000rpm), add F1 inspired technology (multi-function steering wheel, 7-speed dual clutch transmission, E-Diff, F1-Trac and VDA system) and mix in Pininfarina's striking design (surely the most stunning Ferrari in decades) and you have what must be the best supercar available today.
But the 458 is not only about performance. Ferrari are thinking forward by cutting down on weight and Co2 emissions, the first in a line of 'greener' Ferraris. Expect the Italia to come in around the £150k mark after launch at the 2009 Frankfurt motor show.
