Profile |
|
Developed by parent company nanoFlowcell Holdings, the Quant 48volt is a new fully electric hypercar featuring a state of the art electric drive train and revolutionary 'Bi-Ion' energy storage system. Electric current is produced by combining two tanks of electrolye fluids. As the name suggests, the Quant requires only 48 volts, a fraction of the amount used by conventional electric supercars.
The striking saloon features seating for four, with double width gull-wing doors. Four electric motors (each driving an individual wheel) produce 750 bhp and a mind blowing 2000 Nm of torque. A staggering 0-100kmh time of just 2.4 seconds is the result, despite a kerb weight of over 5000 lbs. With zero emissions and a claimed 1000 Km range, a production ready 48volt could represent the safest, most advanced electric hypercar on the market.
