Built to celebrate Aston Martin's 'century of sports car excellence', the CC100 speedster evokes memories of the beautiful DBR1 race car from the late 1950s.
The long, sleek carbon fibre bodywork houses two race car style split cockpit passenger sections, accessed via the upwards swinging butterfly doors. The interior features racing seats with full harnesses trimmed in the finest leather. The normally aspirated 6 litre V12 engine powers the CC100 to a limited top speed of 180mph.
Although conceived as a concept and not road legal in it's native form, two examples were produced and sold to wealthy enthusiasts for approximately £500,000 each. It is hoped they may be converted to a road legal format at some point in the future.
