Profile |
|
Based on the Mercedes Maybach S600 limousine, Brabus have produced a fire breathing monster in the form of the Rocket 900 Maybach.
The S600's Twin turbo V12 is enlarged to 6.3 litres with a subsequent power increase from an already respectible 530hp to an insane 900hp, not to mention the ludicrous 1100 lbft of torque. 0-60mph in 3.5 seconds and a 217mph max are the result, and in a car weighing the same as a small planet.
The Maybach's interior trim is already one of (if not THE) most luxurious on the market. However, Brabus offer their Rocket customers an unlimited scope for bespoke restyling to meet their particular tastes.
This level of luxury and performance doesn't come cheap though. Expect to pay around £375k, which is a not insubstantial £200k increase over Mercedes' S600 Maybach. Having said that, you are getting what is surely the worlds fastest luxury saloon.
